Counselling and Psychotherapy

I have a broad range of experience working with clients who have come to therapy for varying reasons. This may have been a previous or recent trauma, relationship or sexual issues, mental health issues, stress/anxiety or issues at work.

Counselling and psychotherapy gives you the place to talk without fear of judgement or shame. I work in an integrative way, which means I work in collaboration with you as my client, and tailor therapy to a way you find most beneficial. For some clients this may mean using the space to process experiences, for others it may mean developing strategies to manage situations they are experiencing in their lives. We can discuss what would work best for you in our initial conversation.
