Examples of common issues I work with are:

  • Low self confidence/ self esteem

  • Abuse

  • Traumatic events

  • Identity issues

In addition, I am a psychosexual therapist with a broad range of experience with sexual issues. Sexual issues are extremely common but you may be struggling to discuss them due to distress, feeling embarrassed or ashamed. This may be affecting your relationship with others, you self confidence or other areas of your life.

Counselling and psychotherapy gives you the place to talk without fear of judgement or shame. I work in an integrative way, ensuring an understanding and exploration of the physical dysfunction, psychological and emotional aspects of the sexual issue you may be facing.

  • Erectile or ejaculation issues

  • Vaginismus

  • Dyspareunia (Pain during sexual intercourse)
