About me
I am a masters qualified therapist, offering both general counselling and psychotherapy and specialised psychosexual and relationship therapy. I have been working in clinical practice since my initial training in 2013, and have held a variety of positions within the field, from working for private organisations to developing and leading a specialist counselling service within a sexual health charity. In addition to my work in private practice, I am an academic, lecturer and programme leader for a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) accredited Integrative Counselling programme at a London university. I am also a visiting lecturer at a number of other clinical trainings in the UK.

I am a qualified and practicing clinical supervisor, and currently a mentor for junior therapists under the BACP mentoring programme. I often work with private companies and organisations (such as universities, media companies, charities etc) to provide workshops and training. In addition to the above I am a trustee of the charity Family Matters, which is a Kent based charity specialising in working with clients who have experiences rape and sexual abuse.
