About me
I am a masters qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and psychosexual therapist. This means I use a number of therapeutic disciplines to work in a bespoke way with each individual person dependent on their need. I have wide experience in different types of counselling ranging from short term work (6 sessions) to more long term (2 years+). Furthermore I am highly experienced in the work of childhood sexual abuse and trauma. I draw on all areas of training to continually add to my clinical practice, from research projects to continual professional development days.
Professional Memberships
I am a member of two professional governing bodies and adhere to their guidelines for ethical practice. I am a registered individual member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a general member of the COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists). Both ethical frameworks are available online and from myself.
